2009 NACCRRA ConferencesNational Policy Symposium March 10 - 14, 2009 NACCRRA's National Policy Symposium features more than 70 sessions on the latest policy, research, and practice developments in child care and CCR&R. The Symposium offers a forum for policy analysis and discussion, examination of latest research, high-quality training, peer networking, and resources dissemination for 600 to 700 attendees from across the country Target Audience: Attendees typically include state and local Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) leaders and staff; local, state, and federal policy-makers and staff; researchers; other early care and education and school-age care professionals and advocates; and corporate and foundation representatives. Leadership and Management Institute July 7 - 10, 2009 The Leadership and Management Institute features high-level training for board members, executives, and managers. Featured topic areas include development, finance, accounting, management, marketing, program, evaluation, governance, technology, and leadership. Over 100 CCR&R leaders attend the Institute. Target Market: CCR&R Executive Directors and Managers Professional Development Institute TBA 2009 NACCRRA’s Professional Development Institute provides information, resources, and tools to CCR&R front-line staff, including referral counselors, trainers, and technical assistance specialists.
