Find Child Care By State

For Parents

NACCRRA understands all parents and families have a variety of needs and interests. One size does not fit all. We also know that no matter what your individual circumstances are, as a parent, you want the best for your children.

NACCRRA works to ensure that all child care is of the highest quality and is available to all children and their families across the country. Our members, Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agencies, support parents seeking child care, helping more than 5 million families find, evaluate, or pay for child care each year.

We are also dedicated to supporting parents. NACCRRA has partnerships, programs, and resources that are designed to help parents find quality child care, get the latest information on child development and parenting issues, keep informed on current legislation and policies affecting young children, look at their work choices after having a baby, and have access to hundreds of fun, learning activities to do with their children.

Take a look at the many parent-focused programs, initiatives, and resources NACCRRA has available for you.

Child Care Aware

Child Care Aware is a non-profit initiative that helps parents find the best information on locating quality child care and child care resources in their community. We do this by raising visibility for local child care resource and referral agencies nationwide, and by connecting parents with the local agencies best equipped to serve their needs.

For Military Families

NACCRRA is proud to provide a variety of services to support the child care needs of military families.

Daily Parent

The Daily Parent newsletter offers the latest information on child development issues, gives practical everyday suggestions for busy parents and child care professionals. The Daily Parent is distributed in communities through CCR&R agencies and child care providers. Read recent issues at http://www.childcareaware.org/en/subscriptions/dailyparent/. The Daily Parent is funded by Citi Foundation, New York.

The Play and Learn section of our site provides parents with a means to encourage learning and enrich relationships with their children. The website delivers quality ideas and age-specific activities to help families plan their time together and links to appropriate resources.
