Detailed Pricing Schedule

Overview

Pricing is broken down into two groups: new customers and existing customers of NACCRRAware.net. Training Tracking is a hosted application which is not available in a local installation.

PLEASE NOTE: NACCRRA will revamp their licensing and pricing model as of July 1, 2008. Licenses and services sold prior to June 30, 2008 will be honored for the duration of the time period purchased.

One Time Fees

Pricing Duration Options

  • Six (6) months - Fifty percent (50%) discount off the program year annual fees
  • Eighteen (18) month – One and one-half (1.5) times the program year annual fees

New Customer Pricing

  • NACCRRA members who do not own a NACCRRAware license;
  • NACCRRA members who own a NACCRRAware license and are not hosted on NACCRRAware.net.

Existing Customer Pricing

  • NACCRRA members who currently own a NACCRRAware license and are hosted on NACCRRAware.net – Receive an additional 25% discount off the program year annual fees

Other Services Available

Technical Support Fees - Technical support for all of NACCRRA’s applications like NACCRRAware and Training Tracking are covered.

Level One - Includes questions about basic functionality including creating reports, labels, configuring, basic conversion and basic installation.

Level Three - Includes advanced installation support, local installation requests regarding database schema and design, custom installations, connections to third party program, archiving and other custom work.

State Super User Account - For State Network and Administrators, the ability to report on several agencies

Custom Development - NACCRRA provides custom development (such as converting data from legacy systems, data integration with systems, special reporting requirements, etc.) on a case by case basis for their members as requested.
